They’re all over the place. Behind the scenes. Making your transformation or large, complex change program work. Did an image pop into your head? A job title? Maybe even a name or two? Or maybe nothing at all?
In the past few years, the role of these operators has begun to gain more traction in organizational transformation discourse, however it’s still largely unknown, or misunderstood. Very few, outside of the operators themselves, can tell you what these folks do. Heck, some operators aren’t able to fully articulate it themselves.
In this Block, we’re codifying their role and introducing you to the SEALs of Transformation: the Kinsultant.
