The problem isn’t the tool. There are plenty of amazing tools out there that enable Kinsultants to do their job. Whatever concrete task you might imagine, someone, somewhere has thought of a way to increase efficiency with technology.
So if that’s the case, why then do transformations still fail 70% of the time? We believe it’s because of the alignment, not the tools. In this Block, we share our solution to this challenge: a new technology that connects disparate work sources used in the course of a transformation.
